![]() |
Based on our experience in the INTERREG Programmes, we offer courses to support you right from the initial project idea through to the successful completion of your project.
This course explains how to write a competitive bid and starts with an introduction to the basics and the context of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and INTERREG, including an overview of the three INTERREG strands: A, B and C.
Trainers show how bids are developed, how consortia are formed and how to choose the appropriate INTERREG Programme (A, B or C) and priority. Finally, an overview is provided of the funding schemes, including the rules for participation and the evaluation procedures.
Effective management of a European cooperation project can be challenging and requires careful attention to detail as well as a specific set of soft skills. This training module explores how such projects can best be managed and covers formal aspects, such as reporting and auditing.
Attention is also paid to practicalities of coordinating a multi-partner, multi-regional project, such as smooth integration of the various people and disciplines involved.
This course covers financial management and monitoring. Participants will gain a good understanding of financial tables, audit trails, co-financing and the control process.
